CANCELLATION TERMS

All cancellations must be made in writing to Gausta View AB.

If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 500 SEK per person.

If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before departure, 50 % of the total trip cost will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 14 days before departure, no refund will be given.

If only part of a booking is cancelled (for example, if one or more travellers cancel), the price for remaining participants may be adjusted according to the current price list.

Travellers may transfer their booking to another person with reasonable notice and possibly an additional administrative fee.

If cancellation is due to illness, travellers may be covered by their travel insurance or credit card insurance.
