Unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a cancellation, simply send us an email, as we require written notice.

8-4 weeks before arrival, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Adjustments to the number of participants can be made with no charge, provided the change is within 10% of the original number, up to 4 weeks before arrival.
After this, up to 48 hours before arrival, the number of participants can be adjusted by up to 3%.
Changes made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged at the full rate for the entire or partial event.

We reserve the right to change the conference venue based on the final number of participants.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
